1 hour - $100
1 hour and a half - $125
*Housecall in Manhattan, transport included below 14th St.:
1 hour - $130
1 hour and a half -$185

1 hour and a half - $200
*** Please Note: I do have a 24 hour cancellation policy
(meaning: if you cancel the appointment, less than 24 hrs. prior tothe booking or do not show up, you will be charged
for the time booked).

Each session is unique, no two bodywork sessions are the same. I am listening to your body at that time, focusing
on the issues at hand; if there is an injury, chronic condition, general stress or you are needing somatic integration.
I've learned different techniques over the years that has evolved into my own approach of listening with sensitivity
and depth to the layers of the whole. My job is assisting you in sensing your body, becoming aware of its needs and messages,
clearing the blocks, rebalancing and restoring you to yourself. Most of all, my experience over 17 years has taught me to
listen to your body and respond with respect to your body-mind-spirit's needs.
I graduated from the Swedish Institute of New York in 1991 and The School for Body-Mind Centering(R) in 2002.
