soon at Interdependence Project:
*Embodied Writing(c)- 'Embodiment'
describes the manner through which we learn to 'merge' our internal structures and functions, so we can know them
more precisely and know how they affect our global body movements and our minds. We embody our writing by grounding it in
the experience of the body and then the body writes back!
*Authentic Movement- a movement practice that is
facilitated by a lead witness, in a group setting of mutual witnessing. In a series of 30, 10 minute and 5 minute rounds
of movement and response, everyone moves and witnesses others moving from a non-judgmental place. Time is taken in between
rounds to process with writing or drawing and a group share is facilitated at the completion of the moving.
